The Shoals Commercial Culinary Center has been helping entrepreneurs get started with their food-related businesses for over 20 years, coaching new businesses and providing space in a certified kitchen. Learn from Giles McDaniel, Executive Director, and chef Kevin Kilburn about the regulations for production and packaging, marketing ideas, and steps to getting your business off the ground.
